I would like to order an option that does not appear in the product variations- it that possible?
Most of the products only have the variations we thought would work best. However, if you would like to order something else (such as a different gold color or karat, a different stone, a specific length for a chain, a single earring, an engraving or a ring size that is larger than standard) - please write to us, in most cases we will be able to help!

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world with DHL or UPS fast shipping services. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Do I need to pay customs and taxes on my order?
All customs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by us. We have no way of knowing what the tax and customs charges are for each country so please make sure to find out before you order. Also, if you choose to return or exchange your item, these costs will not be refunded.

How long does it take to prepare my order and ship it?
Almost all of our items are made to order-- please allow us up to two weeks to prepare your item for you. 
If the item is marked as One Of A Kind and ready to ship- please allow us 3-5 business days to go over it and get it all shiny and sparkling and packed to be sent.

How can I track my order once it is shipped?
Once we ship your order we will send you the name of the courier and the tracking number, you can go into the couriers website and track your package at any time.
